All guests have acces to the pool, when needed the pool can be heated.
It is equipped with a poolalarm for children (infra-red system), there is a fence around it.
The terrace is equipped with sunbeds.

This Ballroom is connected with the "Grand Gîte Le Bouvaou".

Carcassonne- The historic city of Carcassonne is an excellent example of a medieval fortified town.
Canal du midi- Concieved to enable the transport of goods and the French Navy between the Atlantic ocean and the Mediterranean sea, it is now almost exclusively used by pleasure boats. (Unesco 1996)
Gorges d'Héric- Discover the natural gorges of the Hérault with it's rocks and natural pools.
Pezenas- A medieval town between Beziers and Montpellier with a lovely market and very nice restaurants and cafés.
Roquebrun- Next to Saint-Chinian, you can taste great wine here, you can canoe or sunbeath next to the river "the orb".
Sandy Beaches-This area disposes of more than 330miles of beaches,visit portiragnes or agde !
La Salvetat- You can rent a boat here and spend the day on the water.
Booking conditions :
- A 25 % downpayment which is non-refundable is required to secure your booking.
- The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
- A safety deposit of 250€ per house will be asked at your arrival (refundable) if no dommage at your depart.
- We ask a contribution for heating and electricity in low-season.
- Sheets on demand 5€ per person.
- Pets on request.
- We advice you to close an appropriate personal / travel insurrance.
- Cot and high-chair available on request.

- By train, the nearest train-station is Béziers.
- By airplane, you can fly with ryanair to Carcassonne, Montpellier, Perpignan and Béziers.
